Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any customs delays outside our control.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at ediz_jafer@outlook.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
